F.A.Q

🍍Where can I park? Paid parking is available in the Lackawanna lots off the Bloomfield Ave & Grove Street. PLEASE REMEMBER TO PAY TO PARK! The fees for failing to pay are high, and we don't want you to have to deal with that.

🍍Can I make a reservation? We do not take regular reservations. Seating is first come, first served. 

🍍How do I order? Order at the window, seat yourself & enjoy! 

🍍Can you host large parties or private events? Hell yeah. Email us or check out our pre-paid menu options mentioned above.

🍍Can I bring my dog? Dogs are welcome, but we ask that they remain in our outdoor spaces and stay off tables.

🍍Can I bring my kids? Kids are welcome, but we ask that they also stay off tables.

🍍Can I bring in outside food or drink? No, sorry. It is a health code violation. 

🍍Can I bring a cake? Yes! We charge a $25 cake cutting fee, and will happily sing to you (that part is free). 

🍍"I am bringing a big group of people. Can you just reserve a few tables / set aside the back room / set aside part of the patio for us and we'll just pay as we go?" Short answer: no. 

Long answer: we have event options (above) that fit a range of price points and needs. Most of the time, we're happy to adjust the menu options to your liking, too. We cannot reserve tables for parties outside of those options since we are a "seat yourself" operation and want to ensure that when people come in to eat, they have a place to sit. Please don't try to game the system and snag multiple tables on your own while you wait for your group! It's unfair to other guests, and to our team (who feel mighty awkward having to ask what you're up to)... 

Depending on the time, weather, and occasion, we usually have plenty of space, and tables that open up frequently, plus we have a full bar and outdoor areas to hang out at.

ALLERGENS

🍍Our menu is fully gluten free. We do serve sandwich buns and bread that contain gluten, but we do not prepare the bread or any products that contain gluten in-house (and we have gluten free bread, just ask!). That means our fryers are fully gluten free.

🍍For frying, we use canola oil - NOT peanut oil. In fact, we have no nuts in house (except for the owner, ha ha ha).

🍍For that matter, we also do not serve sesame seeds.

🍍We DO use eggs and dairy in some dishes. Please tell us about your allergy when you're ordering and we'll tell you what you can safely eat.
